Cape May County Library The Cape May County Library System is located in South Jersey. We have 9 locations, plus a Bookmobile!

The Library operates eight branch libraries and a bookmobile service with stops throughout the county. The Library has books, audio books, DVDs, video games, music CDs and eBooks, hosts programs. The Library offers Internet access and Wi-Fi service at all branch locations.

🎲Beginner Mah Jongg (Session A): This four-week class will have participants learn the National Mah Jongg League game, including the names of the tiles and how to interpret the 2026 League card. Registration is REQUIRED. For more info or to register: https://cmcl.org/event/16438728

Lower Cape May Library is prepared for World Wide Knit in Public Day 2026!
Stop by and say hello as we join in the global pursuit to bring awareness of the knit and crochet crafts to the public! Members of Yarnia and Yarnia South will be stitching and showing off handmade items on the side alcove of the Library with access to the meeting room for air-conditioned comfort. There will be instructors for people who would like to try out either knit or crochet. We will have a yarn swap: bring some yarn you thought you wanted but can't remember why, and be inspired to exchange it for some new-to-you yarn!
There will be refreshments, and lots of giveaways too! No registration required.

She is best known for her historical fiction from the Italian Renaissance to the 20th century. Some of her books include "The Alice Network", "The Rose Code", and "The Briar Club". Her most recent book, "The Astral Library", is her first foray into magical realism.

🍎🌶🍑Join us TODAY, June 2nd in the Public Meeting Room of the Lower Cape Library for FREE FOOD!🍎🌽🌶

The Lower Cape Library in conjunction with The Community FoodBank of New Jersey is pleased to continue the distribution of FREE boxes of shelf-stable food and produce throughout the summer! SNAP Assistance will also be available on site.

📅Every first Tuesday of the month from 2:30pm - 4:30pm.

Families with children are welcome to receive one box of shelf-stable pantry items and one box of fresh produce, available while supplies last.

📍Location: Public Meeting Room, 2600 Bayshore Rd, Villas, NJ 08251
No identification or income requirements are necessary to participate!
