This week we’re recognizing Tanner from our Fire Division as Employee of the Week. Tanner (right) recently stepped into the role of Pre-Engineered Service Sales Rep after coming from our install team, and he’s taken the challenge head-on.

From getting his boots dirty in the field to learning the sales and service side of the industry, Tanner has proven he’s willing to do whatever it takes to grow and help the team succeed.

Just in time for National Small Business Week… we’ve got some big news.

Premier Safety, LLC has been named a finalist in the Medium Category for the Memphis Business Journal 2026 Small Business Awards.

This isn’t just any recognition — this represents businesses across the entire Memphis area, and to be in that room as a finalist is something we don’t take lightly. We had the opportunity to sit on a panel interview, and now we’re officially in the running.

Winners will be announced June 2 at The Kent — and we’re proud to be standing among some of the best.
