The following are some, not all of the criminal arrests, referrals and traffic violations handled by the Horicon Police Department over the past week. All the individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. These are instances where probable cause was established by the Officers during their investigation of the incidents.

09-22-2026 1:07pm., Disorderly conduct
51-year-old Horicon male was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer.

09-23-2026 9:03am., Traffic stop
A 28-year-old Lodi man was cited for operating while suspended 6th offense and expired vehicle registration.

09-27-2026 11:16pm., Traffic stop
An 18-year-old Beaver Dam woman was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit on West Lake St by 22mph.

09-28-2026 10:27am., Warrant
A 44-year-old Horicon man was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

A 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit on West Lake St by 25mph.

09-29-2026 9:19pm., Drugs
A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was issued a criminal summons for operating a vehicle while revoked, related to an impaired driving offense. She was cited for possession of ma*****na and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 27-year-old Lomira man was cited for operating a vehicle while suspended 5th offense and operating without insurance.

A 35-year-old Beaver Dam woman was cited for operating a vehicle while suspended 8th offense, expired registration and operating without proof of insurance.

A 22-year-old Mount Horeb woman was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit on West Lake St by 19mph

9-7-2026 9:47am., Impaired driver
A 26-year-old Horicon man was arrested for the following: operating a vehicle while impaired 3rd offense, 3 outstanding warrants, 3 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, criminal damage to property, operating a vehicle while revoked related to an OWI, failure to install a court ordered ignition interlock device. He was cited for having open intoxicants in a vehicle.

A 49-year-old Illinois man was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit on East Lake St by 16mph and driving with an expired driver’s license. A 51-year-old Illinois man was arrested for being armed while intoxicated and possess illegally obtained prescription. He was cited for possess open intoxicant in a vehicle-passenger.

A 31-year-old West Bend man was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit on West Lake St by 16mph.

9-11-2026 9:26pm., Domestic disturbance
A 54-year-old Horicon man was arrested for domestic related disorderly conduct. A 34-year-old Horicon man will have charges referred for domestic related disorderly conduct.

9-12-2026 5:04am., Traffic stop
A 26-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit on West Lake St by 17mph.

A 27-year-old Lomira man was cited for operating while suspended 6th offense, failure to wear seatbelt and operating without insurance.

9-14-2026 2:47pm., Traffic stop
A 48-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit on West Lake St by 22mph.

A 32-year-old West Bend man was cited for operating a vehicle while suspended 4th offense.

9-20-2026 8:02pm., Impaired driver
A 37-year-old Horicon man was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired 1st offense.

***FOUND CAT***

On 09-19-26, around 11:35 am, this kitty was found in the 200blk of S Hubbard St. The cat will be at the Horicon Police Department until later this afternoon, and will be taken to the Dodge County Humane Society afterwards. If the cat is yours or you know who it belongs to, please call the non-emergency number 920-386-3726. Dispatch will transfer the call to a Horicon Officer.

At approximately 4am this cat burglar was found in the 300 block of North Cedar Street. The kitty has a collar and a leash which were stuck in a bush. The cat will be at the police department until morning when it will be turned over to the humane society. If the kitty is yours or you know who it belongs to give us a call at 920-485-3555.

A 44-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant and a probation violation.

A 34-year-old Horicon man will have charges referred for the following: 2 counts of child abuse intentionally cause bodily harm and disorderly conduct.
