After all our hard work this past spring and summer, the swings will be arriving soon and, before we know it, they’ll be installed at Central Park!

We want to invite the entire community to join us as we break ground for the new swings!

The exact date is still TBD, but we expect it to happen within the next few weeks. Be sure to sign up for the People’s Playground Project mailing list so you’ll be among the first to know when the date is announced.

We are incredibly grateful to the amazing local businesses that have donated prizes for our **Honesdale Playground Spaghetti Dinner Raffle!**

The raffle will take place **ONLY during the Spaghetti Dinner on Thursday, August 14th from 4:00–7:00 PM**, so don't miss your chance to win while supporting a great cause.

Every ticket purchased helps us get one step closer to building a playground for our community. **All donations are held in a dedicated fund through the Wayne County Community Foundation and can only be used by the Borough for the purpose of building the Honesdale Playground**, ensuring every dollar directly supports this project.

Calling all volunteers and anyone interested in learning about or helping rebuild the Central Park playground- our next meeting is Wednesday July 22nd 3PM at Owl & Friends! All are welcome!!

We will have a babysitter available for anyone who needs help with childcare!

Join us for a delicious evening while helping build Honesdale's new inclusive playground!
