Founded in 1982 by Nadine McCrea and officially named in 2004, Community Enhancement Collaboration, Inc. (CEC) has established itself as a premier community-based organization dedicated to uplifting individuals and families across South Florida. What began as a grassroots initiative in the Washington Park area has grown into a trusted resource serving the broader Greater Hollywood community

In the years, CEC has expanded its outreach to support families, children, seniors, partners, homeless, and faith-based leaders, reflecting our commitment to inclusive and collaborative community engagement. At the heart of our mission is a dedication to community well-being. We work to secure and strengthen neighborhoods by promoting economic growth, enhancing access to essential services, and fostering partnerships that reflect the shared strength of organizations and individuals.
