My name is Bob Berkman; my wife and I have lived in Hollis for 5 years. We have 4 adult children and recently welcomed our first grandchild. We chose Hollis as our home because of its rural character, strong community, and quality of life. I’m running for Select Board to help preserve these values and keep decisions about Hollis in the hands of Hollis residents.

With over 45 years of business and board experience, I have led residential communities, managed budgets and staff, and worked through complex negotiations with steady, respectful leadership.

If elected, I will:

* Support responsible budgeting and long term planning.
* Help to protect local control over zoning and land use.
* Work to strengthen trust across our community.

I believe good government starts with listening, being accessible, and treating people with respect - even when we disagree.

It would be and honor to server the town we are proud to call home.

I respectfully ask for your vote for Hollis Select Board in 2026.
