Hobart Township wasn’t always the size it is today.

Hobart Township was created in 1849, but its boundaries changed several times. In 1883 it was expanded northward all the way to Lake Michigan, becoming roughly five miles wide and eight miles north to south. Later, portions were detached as Gary developed.

I’m not running for Hobart Township Trustee to pick sides, settle scores, or protect the status quo.

I’m running to get things done.

Our residents deserve a trustee who:
• Listens to everyone.
• Brings people together.
• Demands accountability.
• Turns good ideas into real results.

We won’t always agree, that’s part of democracy. But disagreement is never an excuse for inaction, division, or putting politics ahead of people.

My commitment:
1. Unity over division.
2. Facts over spin.
3. Action over excuses.
4. People over politics.
5. Progress over the status quo.

Hobart Township is more than one community, it’s Hobart, Lake Station, New Chicago, and our unincorporated residents. I’ll fight for ALL of you, not just those who agree with me.

The trustee’s job isn’t to serve a party, a group of friends, or a select few. It’s to serve the people.

It’s time to put people first.
It’s time for leadership.
It’s time to get things done.

Hobart Township itself dates to 1849.

Historical records indicate Hobart Township was created by the Lake County commissioners in 1849, the same year the town of Hobart was formally platted.

As Trustee, I will support a professional workforce built on:

* Clear expectations and job descriptions.

* Qualifications matched to each position.

* Proper training and development.

* Consistent performance standards.

* Hiring based on ability and experience, not favoritism

This is about strengthening our employees and improving service for every resident.

Taxpayers deserve a Township government that is professional, efficient, accountable, and prepared for the future.

It’s time to ADVANCE, to take good ideas, proven solutions, and the needs of our residents and move them forward.

As your next Hobart Township Trustee, I will work to:

1. ADVANCE services and assistance for residents who need them most.
2. ADVANCE emergency preparedness and community response.
3. ADVANCE professional standards, technology, and accountability.
4. ADVANCE opportunities for our veterans, seniors, children, and families.
5. ADVANCE our parks, facilities, and community resources.
6. ADVANCE new revenue opportunities that can strengthen township services without simply asking taxpayers for more.

I believe government should not just talk about solutions, it should put them into action.
