As comes to a close, we wanted to share one more grounding exercise to try - Rainbow Grounding! This grounding technique can be done in a few ways: Spot an object for each color of the rainbow or you could even pick a color and try to find 10 items of that color. This activity also helps to bring you back to the present by focusing on your physical surroundings.
Although May is coming to a close, we will still continue to share different grounding and self care techniques.
