On behalf of The Justice Of the Peace Pct.1, would like to express graditude to Trooper Hernandez for her exceptional work that reflects dedication, integrity and commitment to public safety. Her performance exemplifies the highest standards of Law Enforcement.

🌟 Trooper Hightlight! 🌟

MARFA - Just before the New Year, Trooper Hernandez stopped a bus matching a (Be On the Look Out) BOLO for a runaway female juvenile on US-67 in Presidio County, resulting in the juvenile’s safe recovery.

Troopers remain vigilant when BOLOs are issued, as timely awareness and enforcement action can save lives—especially in cases involving missing children.

The Texas Department of Public Safety continuously educates and trains troopers on missing child recovery procedures to ensure rapid and coordinated responses.

With judicial assistance, CPS placement was coordinated, and the juvenile was transported to the Family Crisis Center in Alpine before being released to her parent.

We also would like to thank Border Patrol partners for their assistance during this traffic stop!

Great work Trooper Hernandez! Thank you for your dedication to service! We appreciate you! 🌟
