Is this the level of accomplishment HD-41 can expect from a far-left 26-YEAR-OLD, SOCIALIST State Representative?

Of the 47 bills discussed from Rep. Christina Morales’s office during Julio Salinas’s time as legislative director, only one became law: HB 3966, requiring advance public notice before certain commercial bus terminals open.

And even that bill required a Republican coauthor, bipartisan votes, and Governor Greg Abbott’s signature.

That is the reality of governing in Austin: refusing to work across the aisle may generate applause from activists, but it does not deliver results for South Texas families.

HD-41 needs a representative who can defend our values, build coalitions, and actually get meaningful legislation passed.

Watch Jimmie Garcia for Texas, break down the record, then tell us what you think in the comments.

🚨 RECEIPTS ARE RECEIPTS, James Talarico 🚨

James Talarico can spend every dollar of his multimillion-dollar campaign war chest putting his grandfather in commercials and trying to convince Texans that he is a moderate Christian.

But here is the part the commercials leave out:

His grandfather pastored Baptist churches in South Texas during the late 1960s and was reportedly no longer a church pastor by the 1970s.

How long ago was that?

The Beatles were still together.
Gas averaged about 35 cents a gallon.
Lyndon B. Johnson was president.
Americans had not even landed on the moon yet.
And James Talarico wouldn’t be born for another 20 years.

That’s how far back you have to reach to manufacture James Talarico’s “South Texas Baptist preacher” image, all packaged neatly in campaign commercials filmed on Pawpaw’s porch.

Yet he repeatedly uses his grandfather’s ministry from more than half a century ago as a central part of his own political branding.

No amount of money, Bible verses or polished advertising can erase Talarico’s actual record.

When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and returned abortion policy to the states, Talarico accused Republicans of “stealing” the Supreme Court and claimed the Court had “stolen our rights.”

Then he called on Joe Biden to…

❌ Turn federal buildings in Texas into abortion clinics
❌ Use federal power to undermine Texas restrictions on abortion medication
❌ Hire abortion providers as federal employees to shield them from state lawsuits

He even called abortion “critical life-saving care.”

Now he wants Texans to forget all of that while he campaigns as a soft-spoken, Bible-quoting moderate.

Sorry, James…. but receipts are receipts.

You wrote the letter.
You published the post.
You demanded federal intervention.
You wanted Washington to bulldoze Texas law and place abortion providers inside federal buildings.

That is not moderation.

It is radical progressive politics wrapped in carefully rehearsed religious language, backed by millions of dollars in campaign advertising.

James Talarico can change the packaging, but he cannot change the product. South Texas voters deserve to see the record behind the campaign costume.
