Yesterday we proclaimed April 20th Safe Pools Rule Day in the City of Henderson. We hosted a mock drowning followed up with a safe swim session, and tonight we saluted our community partners at the city council meeting.

This initiative aims to educate the public on drowning prevention, a leading cause of preventable and unintentional death among young children in southern Nevada.

The first six minutes are crucial in any emergency.
