The Village of Hempstead had a wonderful time celebrating with our Country Club Estates residents! From great food and music to fun, laughter, and plenty of community spirit, it was a beautiful day bringing neighbors together. 🙌🏽🎶🍔

The Village of Hempstead and the Hempstead Police Department would like to thank everyone who came out for Hempstead Police Community Day at Campbell Park! 👮🏽‍♂️👮🏽‍♀️

From games and activities to free haircuts, face painting, giveaways, and valuable community resources, it was a wonderful day of connection, fun, and community spirit. 🎨🏀🎮💈

A special thank you to our officers, community partners, volunteers, and everyone who helped make the day a success. Most importantly, thank you to the residents and families who joined us!

Today, the Incorporated Village of Hempstead came together for a Village-Wide Moment of Silence to mark the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

We paused to remember the lives lost, honor the heroes who answered the call, and stand together in prayer, reflection, and compassion.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to carry their memory in our hearts.

From old friends reconnecting to new memories being made, it was a wonderful opportunity to honor the generations of players and community members who continue to keep the spirit of the game alive.

🎉 What a day at Campbell Park! 🎉

The Village of Hempstead Parks & Recreation Department was proud to bring our community together for an unforgettable day of family fun at Fun at Campbell Park!

From games, music, delicious food, face painting, bounce houses, and book bag giveaways, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Most importantly, it was wonderful to see so many families, children, and neighbors coming together to celebrate community and make lasting memories.
