Chadwic Cochran for Muskogee County Commissioner District 3

Chadwic Cochran for Muskogee County Commissioner District 3 I am not a career politician. I am a local contractor and business owner ready to bring practical solutions to Muskogee county.

State Fire Marshal Office A+ for transparency and efficiency. Don’t take my word for it. There are official open records documents posted on my page if you like reading.

Let’s show that Muskogee county can be transparent as well. Vote June 16th.

The county is just full of surprises
• Data centers
• Solar projects
• Permitting and code enforcement
What else is being worked on that we don’t know about yet?
What will we learn after the election when there is nothing to lose? 🤔
Warning: There’s a lot of material to review. These are all open records — anyone can request these. I want to bring the actual documents to the people. Not just the fancy narrative in a pretty video.

🚨 Muskogee County — Did you know these massive data centers were coming to our county? What about these solar projects?

These big projects do not belong on our farmland and neighborhoods. They belong in proper industrial zones — just like any factory or refinery. We must protect our families, our land, and our way of life. The truth is, we don’t have the roads, or water to support data centers in rural district 3 without costing us dearly.

When I’m your County Commissioner:
✅ No NDAs — I’ll show you every document so you can see it for yourself. No more backroom deals.
✅ No tax-free stays for mega corporations with empty promises to donate.
✅ Protect the people first — our roads, our neighborhoods, our future.

Transparency shouldn’t require a special trip downtown.
Our County Commissioner meetings are open to the public, but most people can’t drop everything to attend. Livestreaming and posting the videos would let every resident watch what’s really happening — on their own time.
The best part? Muskogee County doesn’t have to wait until after the election. We can start livestreaming meetings right now.

Proud to attend the groundbreaking of the new Safety Complex in Haskell today! 🚧

It was great meeting with our dedicated first responders, families, and community members as we broke ground on this important project. This modern emergency services facility will better our county.
We had a real vote and a choice on this project — and I’m committed to giving residents a real voice on all future major projects.

Several people gave me suggestions for a billboard. Well, here we go!
I’m not asking for money—I’m saying thank you to everyone who has donated, volunteered their time, shared a post, put up a sign, or simply helped spread the word. This campaign wouldn’t be where it is without you.
There’s no special interest money here. Just local people and local businesses who believe Muskogee County deserves a Commissioner who listens to all citizens.
This is a grassroots campaign, and every bit of support has made a difference. Thank you for standing with me.

Let’s talk roads.
We all know Muskogee County has roads that need work, and the truth is we can’t fix them all at once. But no part of District 3 will be overlooked.
My approach is simple and straightforward: we’ll prioritize repairs based on what matters most to our families and communities.
Top priorities will include:
• Emergency vehicle access — making sure EMS, fire, and law enforcement can reach people quickly and safely when every minute counts
• Safe passing and daily travel — fixing dangerous spots so residents, school buses, and families can drive without worry
• Road condition and safety risks
• Traffic amounts and impact on farms and local businesses
• Drainage issues that cause repeated damage
Fixing drainage properly upfront will save us money and prevent having to tear up and repair the same roads over and over again.
None of this happens without the hard work of our county road crews. These men and women work hard every day in tough conditions, and they deserve our appreciation and support.
My promise to you is clear:
Every corner of District 3 matters — I will make decisions based on real needs, safety, and smart long-term planning.
