Dartmouth College Student Assembly

Dartmouth College Student Assembly Welcome to the official page for Dartmouth College's Student Assembly. The Student Assembly is the official student government of the College.

The purpose of the Assembly is to coalesce and strengthen student participation in the College’s decision-making process. Members of SA serve on various College Committees, and the Assembly itself has its own committees that provide structure for discussion and action. Composed of elected student representatives and delegates, the Assembly is responsible for representing student opinions and conce

rns to other constituencies of the Dartmouth community, including trustees, administrators, faculty, and staff. The president, vice-president, and at-large members of the Assembly are elected by a campus-wide election in the spring term; members from the first-year class are elected in the fall term. The Student Assembly office is located in Collis Center, room 301 A. Feel free to stop by. We’re here to serve you.

Happy Saturday, Dartmouth!

It's so warm this winter the green is actually green this February!
Average temperatures last winter were 11.6 degrees Fahrenheit making it the second coldest winter in Hanover since 1934

Temperatures are expected to fall back down next Saturday so get ready for the cold once more!

It's finals, so Student Assembly's Jess Barfield took a look at some potential study breaks:

1. Pet the Frat Dogs (and Pig)!
2. Make a rockin' spotify playlist.
3. Stop by KAF and try the drink special. Maybe even order a cake if your DBA allows.
4. Find all your library books to return before winter break! Just kidding! Who checks out books anymore?
5. Visit Morano for some Gelato.
6. Indulge in your favorite candy from Novack.
7. Go for a jog around Occom Pond.
8. Power nap in Sanborn or the tower room... or both!
9. Start your holiday wishlist!
10. Try a new recipe! Could you be the next Foco Joe?
11. Shower. But really, the 1902 Room smells like body odor and sadness.
