Foundation Week is a one-of-a-kind 5-day experience designed to assess, collaborate, and create a personalized action plan for adolescents and young adults with autism ages 13+.

During Foundation Week, families will:

This pilot scholarship initiative through Bloom Where You Are Planted, Inc. and Home Away From Home Autism Center (HAFH) will provide TWO teens with a full scholarship for RTI Foundation Week — a structured program focused on building confidence, independence, and life skills. 💜💚
