NOTICE OF COUNTY-OWNED OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE ‼

Franklin County, Iowa, is accepting applications for available office space at the Franklin County Community Resource Center, 123 1st Avenue SW, Hampton, Iowa. Space is available for qualified businesses, nonprofits, and service providers. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis and are subject to approval by the Franklin County Board of Supervisors.

Additional information, including a list of the available office spaces, and details regarding the tenant application requirements and process (including a copy of the Tenant Application Form), is available at www.franklincountyia.gov.

Franklin County reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to select tenants consistent with County operations and public purposes. This notice is not an offer to lease and does not obligate the County to enter into any lease agreement.
