The CCA is seeking Board members.

If you own a property in Knox Woods and can volunteer to help with decision making regarding the pools, tennis courts and community areas, we need you!

Our meetings are typically one to one and a half hours in duration and we meet in person monthly (although not during winter). Many times our discussions are via email and text too.

Bylaws require a Board member be an owner so renters are ineligible.

We hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful 2024 summer in Knox Woods this year. We will be closing the pool area for the season after swim hours are over on Labor Day evening (Monday, 9/2). The tennis/pickleball courts will remain open. Thank you.

C*C Realty Management has purchased NGB Property Management. Everyone should have received a letter and an email (for those who subscribe). FYI to all.

Reminder - Yearly dues were to be paid by April 1st. The late fee is now added monthly so anyone unpaid is going to get dinged another $25 on August 2nd. The CCA is NOT waiving late fees. If you have an outstanding balance, please know that it's increasing with each month... You will owe $50 more now or $75 more after August 2nd and $100 more after September 2nd and on and on.

Good morning members of Concord Court Association,

Please be informed that the community pool will be closed today (Wednesday July 3rd) for necessary cleaning. This measure is being taken to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility for all residents.

Our pool maintenance team will be performing a thorough cleaning and inspection to maintain high hygiene standards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The pool will be reopened tomorrow (Thursday, July 4th) once the cleaning is completed and it is safe for use.

We hope everyone enjoyed opening weekend at the pool! Two beautiful days of nice weather was a great start.

Note: More loungers/chairs will be coming. Our furniture is getting old and we disposed of some. The replacements haven't arrived yet.
Also, pickleball striping of one tennis court will be done soon as well.

Thanks for your patience as we make these improvements for your enjoyment.

Reminder that pool/tennis court yearly fee was due on April 1st (with a 30 day grace period). A late fee is coming in May for those who have not yet paid. To avoid this please contact NGB (877) 602-6856 and take care of your balance. The late fee will grow monthly.

Pool fobs: If your balance is paid and you need a pool fob, please let the office know and one will be dropped off to your doorstep. If you lost your fob, there is a $25 replacement fee. If your fob no longer works, you can exchange it for a new one.

The pool/tennis court area is being cleaned and prepped now for the season. Power washing, painting, acid washing and overall tidying is underway.

We're looking forward to seeing you there this summer. The pool season begins at 9am on Saturday, May 25th!

Invoices were mailed to the legal mailing address of the property owner - which is not necessarily the same address as the KW street address.

Just a friendly reminder that the 2024 pool/tennis court dues should be paid by April 1st.
All homeowners received a mailing with instructions on setting up your account as well as the various methods of payment.
