Mr. Barse has been a dedicated volunteer since 2010 and has advocated for numerous children in foster care throughout our community. His compassion, commitment, and unwavering dedication truly embody what it means to be a CASA volunteer advocate.

A special thank you to Judge Jennifer Womble and Judge Kelker for presenting this award to him. And thank you to Amanda Moody with Louisiana CASA for ensuring he was recognized by the legislators yesterday during CASA Day at the Capitol.
