This Sunday, June 14, is Senior Voucher Distribution Day at the Greer Farmers Market! 🍅🌽

Through their Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, vouchers will be distributed on-site to eligible seniors and can be used at approved vendor booths for fresh, local foods. A list of participating vendors will be provided at pickup.

Last week, two members of our leadership team traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend the Food is Medicine Conference 2026 (FIMCON).

They spent two days learning about FiM initiatives and best practices, followed by a day on Capitol Hill representing both our organization and Food is Medicine SC for Food is Medicine Advocacy Day, where they advocated for stronger support of FiM policies and programs.

We are excited to hear about their experience and explore new ideas and best practices that can help strengthen and expand the impact of our own medically tailored meal program, RxMeals, and FiM efforts across South Carolina.
