I found this video on YouTube showing a quick drive around Greenville Texas in 1980. You can see the Garden Room is still on the top floor of the Washington Hotel, Dollar General is where Kress or Landons is, the First Greenville National Bank with the metal overlay covering the exterior, the Sorrells Funeral home on Washington etc.
