Today, on my return from the training of the International Labor Organization (ILO) held in Monrovia, hundreds of Sinoeans and Liberians volunteerily gathered and accorded me a magnificent welcoming ceremony which started with a parade from Poor-River and climaxed at my residence.
Words are inadequate to express how grateful I am to God and to my fellow compatriots for the great and joyous surprise.
During the parade, I was asked by the citizens to stand up on the motor cycle and wave to everyone that was greeting the convoy, while in that process, I started to hear from the public; "we need peace".
I dearly felt and still feel the sense of oneness in their great cry!
As one of the leaders of this County, I'm pleased to use this medium to REASSURE all Sinoeans that I remain committed and uncompromised in working with every Sinoean to seeing a reconciled and developed Sinoe.
Thanks to all as the struggle for Peace, Unity and Development continues!
All hail Mama Sinoe!
