Friends of Greenbo Inc. is excited to welcome its new President Anne Stephens! Anne is a great leader in our community and will be a real blessing as she now leads the Friends group at Greenbo. Scott Hill is excited is still to offer his full support as he leads several other initiatives in our community. Scott is so excited about starting the new non-profit corporation several years ago, obtaining the Friends Group 501 (c)(3) status, redoing tennis courts, conducting lake shore clean ups, and offering support for many other projects. Scott would like to thank everyone in the community for their amazing support of our beautiful park that is such a blessing to so many! We had some amazing board members like the Coldiron’s who also helped to get this started and have also served for several years that we want to say thank you to! A huge shout out for the grants from Marathon that has made so many projects possible!! A very special thanks to Ruby Huff Deerfield for serving on the board and continuing to offer her leadership as well!!
Lets all get behind our new President and other new board members for coming year of the Friends Group! We are excited about the Friends of Greenbo future and how it can continue to support the park!
