⚠️ Icicles are more dangerous than they look!
Falling icicles can cause serious injuries. If it’s possible, remove them. If not, avoid areas where icicles are melting or hanging overhead.

🏢 Business owners: Please place caution cones or tape around these areas to help prevent accidents and keep everyone safe.

⚠️DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT YOUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE COVERS⚠️

Things many policies quietly limit or exclude:
👉Roof coverage (ACV vs Replacement Cost)
👉Water & sewer backup
👉Ordinance or Law (code upgrades)
👉Personal property limits (jewelry, tools, electronics)
👉Loss of Use / Additional Living Expenses
👉Wind & hail deductibles

💼 What a Public Adjuster Does (Yours Truly!)

After damage, a public adjuster works for YOU — not the insurance company.
We inspect, document, estimate, and fight 💥 🥊to make sure the carrier pays what your policy actually owes. My fees are paid on contingency. If I don’t win, I don’t get paid! Win-win!

My complimentary services:

🚨READ YOUR POLICY and ask you…

1.DWELLING coverage- if your house were burned down to the ground, do you have enough coverage to replace it?

2. OTHER STRUCTURES - includes sheds, barns, pools decks, fencing. What does your policy say about your other structures?

3. PERSONAL PROPERTY - hypothetically if you turned your house upside down and shook it everything that falks out is personal property. If your house burned doen, do you have enough coverage to replace it?

‼️Do you have endorsements on jewelry , high end art, collectibles, fi****ms and electronics ?

4. Loss of Use - What percentage of your dwelling coverage applies ? This is in the event that you need to stay in a hotel or rent a home while your home is repaired or rebuilt.

The carrier is suing the Whistleblower!

Weeks after Tampa-based Heritage Property & Casualty Insurance filed a libel suit against a whistleblower claims adjuster, the adjuster’s lawyer has pushed back.

⁉️ Did you know KENTUCKY has a MATCHING STATUTE?

If your roof or siding is damaged from a storm, the insurance company might tell you they only pay for the area that’s damaged. You will need an experienced public adjuster(yours truly) to advocate for you to get all the benefis you are owed under your insurance contract.

Message me if you have any questions about your policy or damage.

‼️‼️ INSURANCE ADVICE
For anyone who sustains WATER DAMAGE from a storm:

When filing a claim DO NOT use the word “FLOOD”.

Don’t even agree that your house was flooded if the agents say something like ‘oh so the house is flooded?’ No. Bad. Respond using ‘no my home had water intrusion/damage from the storm”.

Use words like ‘water intrusion from ‘the storm winds’ and ‘water damage from the storm”.
WATER INTRUSION AND WATER DAMAGE.
No flood. Words are imperative in making an insurance claim and could cost you a denied claim by incorrect wording.

When submitting a claim on your personal property don’t just say ‘toaster’ because the adjuster will go as cheap as possible and send you a $7 Walmart toaster even though you had a $450 Hamilton Beach 4 slice digital toaster.

The more serial numbers and photos and receipts you can provide if possible the better. For all of your personal property; appliances, furniture, electronics, etc. Be detailed as possible; Cannon camera with 2 lenses can go from $1,200 to $70,000 real fast if you don’t specify make and model and generation.

It is all about the phrasing. The damages as water damage or flood damages are two different insurance coverages. Even if you say ‘the rain caused flooding’ they will put it under flood insurance and your claim will be wholly denied. ‘Water damage” is the best classification. Not flood damage. Your home sustained water intrusion not flooding. And when asked where the water came from, say that you are hiring a professional to determine what caused the water intrusion. Don’t let your insurance representative put words in your mouth.

If you want to make sure you get your claim right from the beginning, hire a public adjuster who knows how to successfully navigate the claims process. If you have questions about your claims, call us. 502-544-2088
