Lesa Ohnstad who is a lymphoma survivor was our speaker at Gravette Kiwanis today. She underwent a stem cell transplant at UAMS in Little Rock and is very grateful for the stem cell donor that saved her life after chemotherapy failed. On Friday May 1st Gravette Kiwanis is doing a stem cell donation drive. A flyer with the times and details is on our website. All it takes to sign up on the donor registry is a cheek swab and if you are selected as a match all that is required is a blood donation to be a donor. Potential donors must be ages 18-55.

All this requires is a mouth swab to register and if you are later selected to be a match a blood donation
