We've made a change to our social media! Our page is now named Grand Valley Transit, replacing Mobile Mesa County. We've made this change so people can find information about GVT routes more easily and because this page primarily communicates about the GVT bus system. It's the same service and social page, just easier to find! ๐ŸšŒ

Tomorrow (Monday August 31st) will be the last day of fare-free GVT buses! Starting on Tuesday September 1st fares will be required again.

One-way (no transfers): $1.50
Day pass: $3.75
Month pass: $45
6-month pass: $150
1-year pass: $275
Paratransit trip: $3.00
D51 middle and high school students and full-time CMU students can get free passes!
Senior 65+ can get discounted month, 6-month, and 1-year passes!

Hear "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!" by Mo Willems read aboard a stationary GVT bus parked at Mesa County Libraries this September! There will be four 10-minute sessions every 15 minutes at each location. Seating is first come, first served.

Attention riders of Route 4 in Palisade! Tomorrow, Saturday August 15th is the Just Peachy 5k and 10k and the Peach Parade. Route 4 will detour around the event and serve a courtesy stop at Kluge and 1st St. This detour will only last from 8:00am to approximately 10:30am GVT is a great option to attend the parade and it's free! Remember, anyone can ride the bus for free during the month of August.

Students can sign up for your free GVT bus pass through the link in welcome emails or contact student life and then receive your pass on the Token Transit app. All you need is your CMU email to sign up! August is a great time ride the bus with parents during welcome week! Everyone rides for free in August! Ride downtown for dinner, for Market on Main, or to Palisade for a wine tasting! ๐ŸšŒ๐Ÿ“š๐ŸŽ“
