The Grand Forks Top 3 is here to mentor, lead and develop highly proficient, confident and diverse Airmen willing and equipped for increased leadership responsibility and effective mission accomplishment. FOCUS: This page is designed to create a community where Airmen can come together ask questions and share their knowledge on personal or professional development, morale activities, as well as any other leadership topics. Our goal for this page is to foster a community that promotes communication, professionalism, responsibility, camaraderie, prestige and esprit de corps among the enlisted corps. This page is managed by the current Grand Forks Top III executive team: President – MSgt Jordan Oslie, Vice President – SMSgt Michael Benoit, Secretary – MSgt David Anderson, Treasurer – MSgt Thomas Rayniak. Without honest feedback, we won't improve. But, if you're being negative just for the sake of it, then this page is not for you and you will be removed.

Time is running out!!

We are capping ticket sales at just 400 total. Since every single ticket gets pulled, you have an incredible 10% chance of walking away a winner.

We have 40 guaranteed cash prize winners this year:

💰 1 Grand Prize Winner: $8,000
💵 2 Winners: $1,000 each
💸 3 Winners: $500 each
💲 34 Winners: $150 each

Tickets are $100 each & best of all, all proceeds go toward events & support for the Airmen at Grand Forks AFB.

You do not have to be tuned into the livestream to win. Out-of-state players are welcome too; if your name is drawn, we will mail your prize money via check!

Today was a purposeful development day for the Top III. We teamed with our local 5/6 and had a speed mentoring session to provide focused feedback on their promotion records. They’ll step into this next year, more prepared, with better strategy, to get after the mission and make sure all their hard work is captured!

A goal without a plan is only a dream, the Grand Forks Top III is out here trying to make those dreams reality.
