Never taking a dime in compensation as a State Senator, Don Huffines uncovered a massive scandal in Dallas that led to multiple criminal convictions of government officials who defrauded the public through a unique government entity tasked with providing transportation services in Dallas schools. He will take that same drive and vigor to the Comptroller's office on behalf of Texas Taxpayers.

Don was endorsed for Comptroller by Charlie Kirk before his passing, as well as Ted Cruz and other trusted Conservative voices.

Commissioner Dave Eagle is the most experienced and qualified candidate running for County Commissioner, Precinct 4. He is an attorney and business owner with a stellar record in office. Commissioner Eagle earned an A+ in his Candidate Evaluation, and his record in office speaks for itself.

His accomplishments representing you include the following:

1. Shortly after taking office, Eagle authored and passed an agenda item to require all Commissioners' Court meetings be streamed and cataloged online, and to mandate a "Citizen Comments" portion of each meeting agenda. This increases both Transparency and Citizen Participation.

2. Eagle FIGHTS for The People. He is on record voting against the Destructive Data Centers planned around the county. He was the only commissioner to vote AGAINST the COVID Shutdowns and Mask Mandates.

3. Dave Eagle takes care of his constituents, whether it's potholes in the precinct or ditches in the county's right-of-way needing to be scraped out. Eagle is easily accessible and attentive to his constituents' needs.

4. Eagle has been a Fiscal Hawk. He recently voted to DOGE Hood County's IT Department, saving the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.

5. Eagle proposed and voted in favor of an across-the-board 10% pay increase for the Sheriff's deputies, dispatchers, and jailers. Hood County deputy pay is in line with all surrounding counties.
