We are getting very close to saving this building forever!
Tuesday, June 2nd, at 5:30 pm at Goleta City Hall, 130 Cremona Drive will be the final hearing with the City of Goleta, and if it passes, they will move on to the California Coastal Commission.
It would be very helpful to attend the hearing, speak if you want and submit a short but sweet email of support before the meeting.

-Suggested things to mention in your email-----------
- Creating a much more environmentally sensitive course, reducing the irrigation by 50% and removing old school pesticides.
- Replace existing turf with native and drought-tolerant landscaping.
- Under-grounding power lines and adding bike and hiking trails all around the course.
- A beautiful new place to enjoy a meal with an amazing ocean view.
- The project removes outdated septic systems and connects to the sewer system.
- Of course, restoring and preserving the historic Barnsdall Rio Grande Gas Station.
- Overall, the project balances environmental restoration, recreation, historic preservation and community access and the developer pays for it all.
