The PBA would like to congratulate Police Officer Laurence "Jay" Borwhat on his retirement from the Glenville Police Department, after 16 years of service to the Town and its residents. Borwhat came to the Glenville Police Department as a lateral transfer from Schenectady Police Department and had previously served as a Deputy for Montgomery County Sheriff's Department. Borwhat retires with over 24 years of dedicated police service. Best wishes in your retirement from the Glenville PBA!
