Who are the Young Dems?
The Young Democrats of America (YDA) is the nation’s largest youth-led, partisan political organization, with over 20,000 members nationwide in 50 states and territorial chapters. As a completely volunteer-led organization, YDA mobilizes young people under the age of 40 to participate in the electoral process to elect Democrats, advocate for progressive issues, and train the next generation of progressive leaders.

What do Young Dems do? We focus on election and voter turnout, platform and policy advocacy, building a progressive movement, networking and organizing, and developing future leaders.

When do Young Dems meet? Meetings are held every third Sunday at 2PM at Fabled Forest KY. The next meeting is on July 9, 2025.
