Live music from Rosie and the Rivets. Sign up for our Dance Workshops - Jitterbug, Lindy Hop, Swing - All stages of dance experience welcome. Saturday Workshops - $15/pp per class. Sign up for any class and your Saturday Night Dance ticket is FREE. Class begin at 9:30am and are offered all day. Saturday Night Dance - $10/pp. Doors Open at 5pm. perform LIVE 7-10pm

Thank you to everyone who attended the sock hop on Saturday night!! Through the 50/50 raffle and the bake sale we are able to donate $324 to the Galena Food Pantry!!

The date has been set for Galena Goes 50’s Sock Hop!!! The swing dance workshops and sock hop will happen on March, 1 2025 at Turner Hall in Galena! UPDATE! The one day outside event liquor license for the state of Illinois did not go through! Not that we get a lot of drinkers at the sock hop, but unfortunately that means we will not have booze at the sock hop. Please prepare accordingly. The sock hop is BYOB for adult beverages. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience!

Birds. Fried Chicken and the bar will still have food and nonalcoholic beverages for sale!
