Since 2021, M/I Homes has proudly partnered with Pelotonia to help fuel the fight against cancer by building dedicated Benefit Homes across the country. Through this initiative, more than $14 million has been raised to support innovative, life-saving cancer research; proof that a home can be much more than a place to live.
This year, M/I Homes of Central Ohio’s 2026 fifth annual Pelotonia Benefit Home is located in their beautiful Miller Farm community in Galena. With the help of the community, partners, employees, and homeowners, proceeds from the sale of this home will go towards cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center—a national leader in groundbreaking cancer treatments and therapies.

At its heart, this effort is about building something bigger than homes: hope for families, funding for researchers, and momentum toward a cancer-free future.
