This week, Brightspeed will be working in the Village, focusing on the N Walnut St, Heathermere Dr, and Tristaine Ct areas. Please note that Altafiber is also scheduled to be on N Walnut St this week. To ensure a smooth operation, both teams have been advised not to work on Walnut St at the same time.

Memorial Day ended with beautiful weather and a beautiful ceremony. Thank you to the planning committee and all the residents that came out to remember our Hero's!

Join us this Memorial Day as the Village gathers in the Square for a ceremony honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. The program will begin with the Opening of the Ceremony on the Square. Attendees are then invited to join the procession to Galena Cemetery as we pause together in gratitude and remembrance.

🚧 Altafiber is back at work today. They'll be finishing up the boring on Walnut St and moving on to cable pulls, splicing, and site restoration over the next week and a half. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to enhance our community's connectivity.

🚧 Columbia Gas is kicking off construction at Miller Farm the week of 5/11. This work will continue as part of Section 3A and should have little to no impact on traffic. Please take care when in the area!
