📣APPLICATION UPDATE: ConnectGen/Repsol has submitted its response to the 2nd Notice Of Incomplete Application on 12/23. ORES did not post it until 12/26. Par for the course for this company to try to slip it in over a holiday. 🤔Need comment ideas? The Town of Glen's engineering firm, KB Engineering, composed the following response on 1/6. It includes speaking points regarding the application not being required to complete a full SWPPP prior to the application being accepted by ORES, the proposed stormwater management practices not being feasible for the project location, the lack of a need for the requested setback variances, as well as a number of other concerns.
Reiterate the points in the document by including one of the responses in your comment. ConnectGen/Repsol should be required to follow basic NYS laws and regulations! Tell ORES they should not accept the application until these items are properly addressed by the applicant!
