Founded in 1910 by the NYPD, 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 (𝐏𝐀𝐋) program has grown into a nationwide network of agencies dedicated to serving youth, typically between the ages of 5 and 18, providing them with positive alternatives to unhealthy or at-risk behavior.

Warren County Virginia Sheriff's Office deputies partner with the community to provide act as coaches, mentors, and role models, breaking down barriers and changing negative perceptions of law enforcement among youth.
