2025 Final yields for soybeans in a few of the counties I insure.

Dubois 65.1
Gibson 60.8
Harrison 51.8
Orange 47.8
Posey 60.4
Spencer 58.0
Vanderburgh 55.9
Warrick 54.8
Most counties were above the expected yields, but a few counties were below the expected yields. (like Vanderburgh and Spencer) If your county final was below the expected and you purchased ECO, it's possible you have a payment coming. Your payment may depend on if you had the 90% or 95% trigger. Not sure of your situation? I would be happy to look that up for you! Comment ECO below and I will be in touch.

Many counties were above the expected yields, but many counties were below the expected yields. If your county final was below the expected and you purchased ECO, you should have a payment coming. If your county was above the expected and you purchased ECO, it is possible that you could have a payment as well. It will depend on if the yield increases outpaced the price drop. Grain Marketing Mindset Monday - Crude Gaps Lower - Looking at the 5-day chart for the WTI for July futures. A peace deal is being reported this morning between US and Iran. The current report lifts sanctions on Iran as they agree to avoid a nuclear program. This is reported to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and end the US blockade on Iran and its oil exports. Fingers crosse!
