If you proudly displayed a sign in your yard, it would be so helpful if you take it down! We have been running around taking down signs, but with 1500 signs out county wide, it is quite the project! We have saved enough signs at this point, so if you take your own down, you can dispose of it. Thanks for your help :)

As I knocked my last doors today, I thought I would swap out my usual "Brittany Dicken for Judge" t-shirt for this "Unstoppable" t-shirt from local child entrepreneur, Jamal Robbins. Because nothing makes me happier than supporting the children of Saginaw. Tomorrow is a big day. Please text your friends, family, and co-workers about the importance of voting tomorrow and encourage them to vote Brittany Dicken. So incredibly thankful for the many people in this community who have contributed big and small to this campaign. THIS HAS TRULY BEEN A COMMUNITY EFFORT. I am going to bed tonight feeling at peace and hopeful for a great tomorrow 😊

Last weekly update! I enjoyed some excellent Mexican food and marveled at the Day of the Dead Ofrendas at La Union Civica Mexicana then attended an all-souls service honoring those who have passed this year, including my grandfather. Spent the evening at a benefit concert for Emmaus House performed by Sheriff Federspiel and the Kenny Rogers band. Volunteered as a blackjack dealer for the Freeland Lions Club raising money for families in need. Knocked over a thousand doors this week, put out the last of our 1500 signs, and attended a beautiful service this morning at First Baptist Church of Bridgeport where they recognized public servants. The message was one that I do my best to live out every day and was prominent in my leadership at Friend of the Court; if you want to be a leader, you must first be a servant. I truly believe that the best way to lead is by service and by example.
As I am closing out this final week before the election, I am just so in awe of this community and what we have to offer. I was given the gift of exposure throughout this campaign. Exposure to the incredible people in Saginaw moving us forward; exposure to some amazing businesses and non-profits; exposure to some areas of struggle and need, and exposure to some hopeful solutions to address those needs. I am eager to get to work for you and am armed with so many community resources to help our families through the family court. The last week has been filled with an incredible amount of positive feedback about the campaign, and I am so proud of this journey. I am humbly asking for your vote on Tuesday, November 8th. I look forward to serving you!

For those that don't know, all campaign expenditures and contributions are public record and can be found online.

Unfortunently, campaigns are expensive. However, I truly believe that making sure the right candidate gets elected is an investment into our community and I think our campaign did a good job prioritizing our spending to make sure we are reaching voters in various mediums while still being fiscally responsible. I have worked really hard every day to reach voters without spending money by attending events, knocking on doors and speaking at public and private meetings.

This is a great opportunity to thank every single person who has donated to the campaign. Every dollar was immensely helpful in making sure we were able to get the word out about my qualifications and candidacy. I am forever grateful for your generosity.

Megan Cottington-Heath and Brittany Dicken emerged from a field of five candidates after the August primary.

7:30 a.m. at Horizons to 7:30 p.m. at Horizons! Started my morning at the Chamber Perculator Breakfast hearing from Saginaw Future about our community economic development plan. My favorite part of the program was the youth ambassadors incredible video highlighting and all of the wonderful things our county has to offer. I shared with the students my goals to bridge the gap between the community and our courts to ensure we are using all of those amazing community resources to their fullest potential in our court system.

I ended my evening at A Chocolate Affair benefitting Delta College. Investing in our children and in education is so important. My work in family law is just another way I am investing in our children and I will continue to put them first on the bench!
