Other than recently being given credit for securing taxpayer funding for a large, publicly contentious property purchase, this is what the current KY State Senate 34 office sounds like:

EDUCATION ENDORSEMENT:
I am prepared to represent not one, but two Central Kentucky school districts – FCPS and MCS – in the State Senate for District 34. One is an example of decent budgeting; the other has certainly proven not to be.

I have spoken with Adrielle Camuel personally. She exceeds the qualifications necessary to improve the working conditions – and the quality of students’ education – for classified staff across the Commonwealth. Without a doubt, she has her priorities straight and possesses the integrity and discipline required to get there.

In contrast, Adrielle’s opponent clearly does not understand how workplace intimidation and retaliation work. She is trying to springboard herself into a position of authority without the experience necessary to make the call she has made. In fact, her party’s pro-corporate, anti-public-school positions make HBR even less qualified to blame the victim. When HBR spoke at the FCPS Board hearing this spring, she used it as a campaign opportunity instead of making an effective statement demanding district accountability.

As an observant classified school employee, I pray that our people in Fayette County make good choices this November by selecting both of us – two experienced public servants who know wholeheartedly what civic RESPECT requires.

Congratulations to Rep. Adrielle Camuel on being honored as a “Champion of Labor” by the Kentucky State AFL-CIO, complete with a commemorative bat to mark the occasion.

Now she’s more ready than ever to go to bat for working Kentuckians!
