Unfortunately, I lost in my bid to restore trust to elections in Kenton County. The turnout was very low and the establishment turnout was enough to give Summe a win.

I learned a ton and I think our core message resonated well. Thank you for your support.

Update on sign shenanigans: Firstly, I respect private property rights and I even respect a person's right to change their mind about my sign placement, BUT, instead of calling me and asking me to remove my signs, a paid employee yanked them and took them to Independence. I spent the last two days wondering where my signs ended up. I assure you the owner gave us permission to display my signs.

Apparently, the family owned business is split on their support for me and the incumbent. It's all good. I did find my signs in a dumpster area in Independence. My investment in those signs is negatively impacted. Each of those signs cost about $60 when you consider the posts, the supporting boards and the labor needed to install. Now, my signs are not able to help me build 'name recognition' for the campaign against a BIG name in Kenton County. So, I now need to find new places for those 4X8 signs. Anyone know a high traffic area to re-install those signs?

BTW... this makes 4 signs that were impacted in this election. Two were vandalized and these two were removed on the first day of early voting. Election DAY is Tuesday...just 3 days away. I get it... I feel that our powerful county political class is able and willing to yank people around. Well-played opposition team! I was warned about last minute shenanigans.

WE have to vote to end the death grip on power in Kenton County. Today, tomorrow and Monday, are days to tell your neighbors about my campaign. On Tuesday, May 17th WE need to get out to vote.

It's time to make a final pitch. I cannot imagine a GREATER difference between me as the NEW County Clerk and the incumbent. Firstly, all the services that currently exist will get better... I will use my Design Thinking skills to provide a better services for license plate renewal and vehicle tax collection, issuance of Marriage Licenses, and recording Real Estate transactions... in fact improving those services incrementally is right in my SWEET SPOT!

Then there's leading the KC Board of Elections. YES! you will see Radical changes. I will build in Forensic Audits of our entire election system. That work will start with fixing our Registration of Voters problem. My best guess is we have 50,000 names on our list that don't belong there. Each election cycle will get better... and, I will post results so the citizens can see what is going on. Take a look at the attached comparison info-graphic. In the last few weeks, I have learned about a mindset in our region. It is a hateful mindset. I summarize the mindset as follows: If you don't agree with me you are to be vilified, cursed from the earth, and death is wished upon you. YUP, that exists.

I have spent hours deleting and blocking folks who post their caustic opinion about me and my motivation for STEPPING up to offer an alternative to corruption in elections. For those who follow the topic, we have two new documentaries which show good cause to be concerned:

"Rigged" discussing how Private funding impacted the elections and "2000 Mules" shows actual video evidence of 'vote trafficking.' If I have a wish, it is that folks could just calmly look at the issue and have an open mind.

Voting is very important and Election Integrity is about ensuring the process is fair from beginning to end in Kenton County. My goal is to return power to the people... all the people without regard to party. I thought we could all get our heads around this. If you say elections are not problematic, okay. An audit of the entire system would show that and nothing needs to be done.

I am in the race because our current Clerk is not transparent and unwilling to allow an examination of that system despite Open Records laws. The more I learn, the more concerned I become.

Finally, to illustrate the issue, someone has attacked two of my campaign signs. One sign was destroyed with a box knife and the other was just vandalized. I cannot fix hatred... BUT, I will stand up to it! I replaced that sign. I need the help of reasonable people. Please help me stand up to thugs in and out of the political space. I really love early mornings. It's my time to Thank God, think about the day ahead, check in on my friends, and enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Most days, I drink bulletproof coffee and today, I am drinking 'inspirational' bulletproof coffee. My fundraiser is next Wednesday and the Primary is 11 days away.

Today, I want to show you OBVIOUS fraud by the Secretary of State, Michael Adams. In general, we the people... need to analyze everything that comes out from our elected representatives. Often, I find their statements make no sense rationally.

Here's the scenario... yesterday Adams released what should be good news... the voter registrations rolls are increasing. We have a tip up in both parties... BUT, the guy has an issue with basic MATH. First see his statement, then see my analysis. Our voter rolls are irrationally inflated by nearly 50%.

Fraud is the act of presenting or claiming one state when you know it is FALSE. If I tell a loan officer that I make $150K when I only make $75K, that is fraud. This... is FRAUD... to say we have 3.5 million voters when that's NOT possible.

Dear Friends,

I have read and re-read Kentucky Revised Statutes over the last year. I just don't quite understand why our elected officials just ignore the law:

KRS 119.165 says... (you can look this up): "Any person who knowingly votes or attempts to vote in a precinct other than the one in which he resides shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, unless by voting in a precinct in which he does not live he is enabled to vote in a race or on a matter in which he could not vote in his proper precinct in which case he shall be guilty of a Class D felony. "

What happens when the County Clerk forces voters to VOTE outside the precinct IN which they reside... by forcing us into Voting Centers outside the precinct in which we resides? Who then is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor or Class D felony?

Someone has lost focus on the constituency.

The law is a sticky thing. Once codified, it sticks on you...

I am not happy that our current Kenton County Clerk just decided not to tally up votes for precincts in Nov 2020 despite a law that requires that...with or without COVID.

Now, I am aggravated by the Voting Centers (that forces us to use machines to hit counting deadlines... but, it could be done by hand in our precincts) and the unequal distribution of those Centers. I would think folks in Covington proper would (or will when the learn about the changes) be wildly crazed by the changes. They have more people, and fewer centers to vote in.

Those 88 older republicans in the Panorama Apartments might not get to vote. If it rains, it will be a long wet walk to the Court House or The Life Learning Center on 18th Street.
