The videos below (Dealing with Tim Masters) are shown to give you an idea of why we should not be so trusting of law enforcement in Fort Collins.We need to ask questions and use common sense over this case.Heather deserves to have her killer caught and if it is Jeffrey show us how you managed to find him and how you came to the conclusion he is the killer - what lead you to him of all the people in Fort Collins what was it? Not DNA you all had to wait on that...seems to me it would be on file already...what was it? How lucky can the law be? They just found the killer right away you'd think they would be proud and tell us how this came about I mean the police force here really needs a boost and a clap about now wouldn't you say? We have been humiliated enough by the police force you all should stand tall and proud over this capture instead of being so secretive about it. The Sheriff is passing out misinformation to the Colorado media about Jeffery being a multi-state s*x offender and hat is totally false. Jeffrey committed ONE s*x crime and that was against his girlfriend..girlfriend? The young girl was 16 which is totally legal in Kentucky age of consent is 16 it became child p**n after he posted it on MySpace..,the girlfriend reported it to her school and he was charged and sentenced to 5 years but did one year? The dates of his incarceration and release date for the s*x charge are confusing. Sheriff Smith says Kentucky gave the release date to him but it has to be wrong as Justin had him in jail here at that time... hey it's what is reported at Western Blotter which Justin so kindly linked us to. Jeffrey was a young man age 20 when he got the one and only s*x charge. He failed to comply many times but NEVER got another s*xual charge brought against him.He is not dangerous nor does he have a violent crime charge he has been a thief in his past...one charge I believe. You say he had many encounters with th Fort Collins police Justin Smith - what was he arrested for? @ Western Blotter ... guess what he was charged with? I don't know you tell me - look at it I see nothing. I see a ton of Jeffery Etheridge mug shots on Search engines these days..... it's like they came out of nowhere it's for the same s*x charge. Failing to comply is not a s*x charge and he is not a multi-state offender like Sheriff Justin Smith is saying. His 2001 s*x charge that is being plastered all over the net to make him look the part they created...a killer.(please look and see what you find). He has failed to comply miserably and that harms only him no child,no new p**n pictures shown, no new girlfriends, have been harmed. This is so wrong to allow a man to be sentenced for murder based on....I don't know what they wont tell us! They say she was hit in the face,s*xually assaulted,drowned and now they say her body was tampered with...like what? Cut? Like Peggy Hettrick was? I mean hey you have us thinking all kinds of creepy stuff. I thought you were here to serve and protect well if that still holds true I'd like to be served some evidence! Not just hear say. What Justin Smith the sheriff wants us to believe is that Jeffrey Etheridge is so evil - Justin is the evil one he seems to hate the poor - his feelings about the homeless are being shared through social media and his message is loud and clear he wants them and anyone that helps the homeless OUT of this Choice city...choice my ass you have NO CHOICE in Fort Collins that is made for us by Justin and the likes of him. Look at dates why has this just been added? Who called Western Blotter and had it recently added? Is it even real?
