Flower Mound Seniors In Motion The Seniors in Motion program has now reached over 3,000 members and counting, inviting residents of Flower Mound and surrounding cities to join.

The Flower Mound Senior Center dignifies seniors with a safe and caring environment, creative and inclusive programs, and thoughtful resources to promote health, well-being, fellowship, and involvement.
