This morning’s Autism Acceptance & Inclusion non-timed 5K was such a great community event. With over 200 participants registered, it was amazing to see so many people come together in support.

The City of Floresville is excited to launch a paid 8 - 12-week Student Internship Program for high school students between 16-18 years of age this program is designed to give local students real world experience in public service!

In partnership with Workforce Solutions and Floresville High School, this program creates meaningful opportunities for students to:
✨ Explore careers in local government
✨ Gain hands-on job experience
✨ Build professional skills for the future
✨ Earn while they learn

This is more than just an internship it’s a chance to grow, lead, and make an impact right here in our community.
