Peter Ceglarek for Ferndale Public Schools I am a father of two Ferndale Eagles, a K - 12 alum of Ferndale Schools, currently living in Oak Park

The purpose of this page is:

(1) For folks to get to know me -- whether you know me as a former Ferndale student, a fellow Ferndale parent, a current neighbor, or you don't know me at all, I want all to feel free to reach out and get to know your future Ferndale School Board member! (2) For folks to share and learn perspectives -- my top goal as a future board member is being accessible and trans

parent. Between now and January, I want this to be a place where people can share what they like, what they don't like, and what they don't understand, either with others here or directly with me. I only ask that we treat each other with respect -- criticize ideas, not people; respect privacy by not name-dropping anyone in a public comment, unless you are throwing praise and not shade; and make an effort to try to understand each other's perspectives. I promise to do the same, and also to keep any concerns brought directly to me confidential, unless you say otherwise!
