Day one of the Best Medic Competition pushed these Soldiers to their physical limits.
Competitors faced a series of demanding events including an Expert Physical Fitness Assessment, a Combat Survival Water Test, an obstacle course, and a land navigation course, culminating in a weapons zeroing range late into the night. To ensure constant challenge, ruck marches of varying distances were integrated between events, keeping these medics tested and fatigued throughout the day.
Resilient and determined, they pressed on and completed the first day. Now, they advance to day two of the competition, arguably the most critical test of skill and endurance for these medics.
Keep pushing forward!

To all my friends, colleagues, followers, brothers, and loyal
supporters. Please share, Comment, like, and follow.
First and foremost, I want to extend my sincere congratulations to
each of you who continues to serve with excellence, leadership, and
integrity. Whether in uniform or in support roles, your dedication
inspires and uplifts. I am proud to stand alongside such
outstanding individuals. Your continued encouragement and connection mean a great deal to me, especially now as I work
through an unfortunate challenge with my previous Facebook
account. Many of you may be aware that my original Facebook
account was hacked. As a result, any older profiles associated with
my name have been compromised and should no longer be
considered active or trusted.
This page you are reading from now is my ONLY official page.
To ensure your safety and prevent further impersonation, please take note:
Let me be absolutely clear:
: I will never send you a friend request.
: I do not operate any duplicate or secondary accounts.
: Any messages, friend requests, or activity from old/unofficial
accounts should be ignored and reported immediately.
It's disheartening that individuals attempt to impersonate others,
especially those who have proudly served our nation with integrity.
But I remain committed to transparency, security, and staying
connected with my community, especially my fellow veterans and
those I’ve had the honor to serve with and for.
🙏 Thank you for your continued support, vigilance, and trust.
If you're seeing this message, you're in the right place.
LIEUTENANT GENERAL Brian S. Eifler
United States Army. Steadfast and True

This isn’t just a video of me donating blood. It’s a piece of my heart, shared with people I may never meet, but deeply care about. I donate blood because I believe life is precious, and if I have the ability to help someone live, then that’s something I’ll never take for granted. Somewhere, right now, there’s someone in a hospital bed holding on, and maybe, just maybe, this small act can give them another chance. I don’t do this for recognition. I do it because I know how much people matter. I do it because someone’s mother, father, child, or friend is fighting for time, and I want to help give them more of it. Every time I donate, I remind myself that we don’t have to be rich to give, or powerful to make a difference. We just have to care enough to show up. If this video inspires even one person to give, then it’s worth everything. Let’s be kind to each other. Let’s show love, not just in words, but in action.

President Biden Marks Anniversary of 9/11 at JBER.
U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Brian Eifler, 11th Airborne Division commanding general, speaking to more than 1,100 service members to commemorate the 22nd anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11 during a remembrance ceremony at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 11, 2023. JBER serves as a premier power-projection platform, and the decision to recognize the 9/11 anniversary here highlights the transition from a military focus on the Middle East to one of competition in the Arctic and Indo-Pacific regions.
