🎓✨ Farewell, 5th Graders! ✨🎓

As you leave our halls and begin your next chapter in middle school, we want you to know how proud we are of all you have accomplished. You have grown as learners, leaders, and friends, and your hard work, kindness, and determination have made a lasting impact on our school community. As Winnie the Pooh said, “How lucky am I that makes saying this bye so hard.”

While we will miss seeing your smiles each day, we are excited for all the new adventures, opportunities, and memories that await you. Keep believing in yourselves, stay curious, and never stop reaching for your goals. One of Mrs. Linse’s favorite quotes from the year comes from Walt Disney, “ Around here we don’t look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things because we’re curious, and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”

Congratulations, Class of 2026! We can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll achieve.

Today, we celebrated our Jefferson Elementary 5th graders as they prepare for their next adventure at Faribault Middle School!

Over the years, these students have learned, grown, built friendships, and created memories that will last a lifetime. While we're sad to see them leave Jefferson, we're excited to see all they accomplish in the years ahead.

We hosted a special breakfast to honor students who scored proficient on their ACCESS tests! This achievement means these hardworking scholars have officially exited the English Language (EL) program. Reaching this milestone takes immense dedication, and we are so proud of their success! What an incredible day at our annual Jefferson All-School Celebration! 🎉

Students and staff had a blast enjoying the dunk tank, bounce houses, a refreshing treat from Kona Ice, and a variety of fun activity stations, from bubbles to ring toss and so much more.

A huge thank you to our amazing parent volunteers and middle school PGC helpers for donating their time and energy to make this event such a success. We truly couldn’t do it without you! Thank you for helping create lasting memories and a day full of smiles for our Jefferson community. 💚🖤🤍

We also had our last SOAR assembly to recognize some hard working students in the month of May. Many staff members also got recognized for the amazing work they do for students and our school. That you for all you do. We had 27 staff volunteer for Tat-the-Teacher, where we raised just under $500 for our PBIS program.

A huge thank you our FEA for the delicious breakfast treat! Our teachers truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture and support. Starting the day with full a tasty cinnamon or caramel roll from the Medford Bakehouse made for a great morning. We are so grateful for all you do for our staff! đź’š
