Come learn and practice NVC, Non-Violent Communication. These communication skills will enhance ALL your relationships, especially the one with yourself! Learn to identify negative emotions, your needs- desires behind those emotions, and find strategies to get your needs and the needs of those you care about, met. Bhakti Heart is a duo project of singer-songwriter Laura Kemp and multi-instrumentalist/singer-songwriter, Len Seligman. Please join us Saturday, 9/27, at NOON in the alley between Park St and Willamette/7th and 8th. We’ll cook up 2 veggie songs and get clear on how we’ll serve them up before heading in to make some Veggie Medley Flash Mob magic! Karly will be teaching the songs. "Trust me… You CAN learn them! If you need to buddy up with someone who’s already familiar, you can do that, too. It’s totally FREE and FUN! No perfection expected. Bring friends and family to add to the Medley magic."

We have been meeting weekly for ecstatic dance every Sunday since April 2020. Dance is a great way to get your body moving to your own rhythm while experiencing supportive community.
