Hello my dear friends. Well it's only a few more days and it's all over. In a way I can't wait. Today I am keeping my mind busy with getting some homework for my Master's class finished up and I have already told my wife to make sure that I don't stay in front of the TV Tuesday waiting for results to come in. Throughout this past many months what I have said is that change is needed and change is good. If someone stays in the same place for too long they tend to get stale. I am asking for your vote on Tuesday May 19th so that we can put the focus back where it needs to be, on you the citizen. If you feel the same way that I do then please vote for me, if you don't really care who gets a voice in how our money is spent then don't vote for me. Hello. Well the first attack ads are here. I was informed today that I was just running to confuse people and take the vote away from another. Well if you know me then you know that this is a lie. As well, it was said that I was being paid to run by one of the other people so that one of the others could not win. That is also a lie. I am not being paid by anyone. I have not had my picture taken accepting checks from business and organizations in this county. I am a common person like most all of you, I am not rich, my wife and I get by. I have only the best interest of this county in my heart. I am not running so that I can fill my pockets with your hard earned money. If you want someone that is honest and hard working to speak for this county then vote for William Martin Todd. If you would like to know more about the details of why I am having to post this them please let me know 606 305 0737. I will be more than happy to discuss the issue as well as the issue of someone that has been taking down my signs so that they will not be seen. Just in case the person that has been taking them is on my page looking around you are on video taking one of my signs and I know who you are. I really thought that you were an honorable person.

Hello and good evening. You want to know what is funny. I put 10 new signs in Somerset this past week. Tonight my wife and I went to Somerset for a quiet night out and only 1 of the 10 signs are still standing. The other 9 are missing. This is getting old. I even put one of my signs next to the person that I am running against, they took my sign and left his. I am beginning to feel that this is a attack on me. What this coward is doing is trying to affect your voting choices. Don't let this coward win. I am asking for your vote more than ever. Let us show that we will not be silenced. Make your vote count for change that is needed in this county.

On another note I have reported this but nothing seems to be getting done about this issue so if the people in charge don't want to address the issue I will. I have contacted the local TV statons and news media.

So here is what I have to say ..................I have 300.00 cash for the person that provides the name and or information that leds to an arrest and conviction on the person that is stealing my campaign signs. Thanks vote William Todd Choice number two on the ballot ......unless you enjoy not having any say in how your tax money gets spent.

Good evening my fellow Pulaski County folks. As I said the other night I was going to start laying out some of my plans for the office for you to reference.

1. I will fight for everyone in this County, not just for the people with money.

2. My office will be open to anyone who wants to come in and talk, anytime day or night, my personal cell phone number will be posted so if someone has a need after hours or in the middle of the night they can reach me.

3. I will work the entire four years that I am in office, just not the three months leading up to re-election. I will not take credit for work that is not mine. This job is a team effort and all work accomplished is a direct result of that team.

4. I want to implement an employee benefit that will allow county employees to have reduced entry into camping at county parks, reduced boat launch fees and the such for county employees that like the water, and to setup a program for reduced fees to entertainment business that would work with the county government to establish such programs. All employees of the county are special and need to be treated as such.

Good day my friends. I have a quick note. If any of you, as my supporters see someone taking down my signs for my campaign please contact me. This weekend I noticed that I have many signs in the Northern end of the County M I S S I N G. Even the Woodstock Community Center has seen a person taking more signs than just mine. My wife and I went and put up some more signs on Monday Night and today some of them are missing as well. The taking of signs is no joking matter. It is a crime and it hurts the fair process of our election system. Thank you. William

Good Sunday morning to you. First of all this is April 19 not to much longer to go. I just wanted to say to the Parkers Mill event and the VFW Event this weekend, I want to say I'm sorry for not attending your events, however I had to work for one of them and then I decided to spend time with my most devoted supporter of all in this political race, my lovely wife. She has given up so much for me to run this race that I decided to put her first this weekend. So I hope that you don't hold this against me. I bring some new ideas to this race, and with all my military and federal government experience I know that I can be very effective if elected. As posted a few days ago, I own nothing to any group or political motivated individuals. With that I have nothing but the citizens of Pulaski County in my heart. So I am asking for your vote in the May primary. With you I know we can make this happen. Thank you William Todd

Good afternoon. I know right now you, and I as citizens of Pulaski County Ky are seeing all the posts about all the good things that the people currently holding the elected offices are achieving. They are doing many good things. However, why is it only near the date of the new election that they are doing these things. If they only get this stuff done in the last months leading up to getting elected, what do they do for the other 3 and 1/2 years. It seems to me that they might be completing all these projects at election time to influence your vote. If I get elected I will promise you one thing, I will work for Pulaski County for the whole 4 year term and not just the last 6 months or so leading up to the election. This you can bank on. Good evening. How is everyone tonight. Got something on my mind. You know when you see a political adds for someone running for office and they have there hand out taking a check for support from a local group, it makes you wonder just what type of promises they have made to get that support. I just want to state for the people that follow my page, I have not taken any money from any business or groups, so I have not made any promises to any business that I must keep. My run for county office is clean and the only person that is funding my run is my lovely wife and I. Good evening. I hope all is doing great tonight. This weekend I had the honor of answering questions in a question and answer style meeting in Somerset. I learned quite a bit. Remember your're never too old to learn. I did get a good question. It was about the money spent on county roads. I want to see an increase in the money spent on our county roads. These roads, bridges, and other structures are how we as a county do business. These nice paved roads belong to all of the citizens, just not the few. So if this idea is something you like then I would like to ask for your vote. Thank you, William.
