[Balloon Hitting Activity]
Dear Cowboys and Cowgirls! Welcome to the Carnival of West Game Anniversary, we are running a Balloon Hitting Activity here! There are four rows of balloons, each balloon has one prize hidden behind it. After you achieved the corresponding goal, Joe will hit the corresponding row of balloons and the prizes hidden behind the broken balloons will display on the board. We will pick at least 100 lucky Mayors to receive all the prizes displayed on the board. Good Luck!
