reliable & flexible! I grew up in North County, raised my family here, and truly enjoy helping people with the important moments in their lives. After 24+ years in HR and Payroll Administration, I launched my mobile notary business in 2023. Since then, I've had the privilege of assisting clients all over the region with a wide variety of general notary needs - including financial, real estate, legal, health, travel and many more. Over the past year and a half, I've developed a special focus and passion for estate and trust signings, and I'm proud to now be a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA). Whether you're working with an attorney or managing your own documents, I aim to make every trust signing clear, respectful, and seamless. I also hold certifications as a Permit Runner (Notary Academy) and a Cannabis-Friendly Notary (Notary Coach) - continuing my commitment to provide accessible, informed service across a variety of industries. I have Loan Signing Agent training (Notary Academy), although I am slowly gaining experience working within that specialty, it is a work-in-progress and I will eventually obtain that certification. Monday started with a notary appointment in a city I hadnā€™t visited in quite a while.

A beautiful October day, a drive, and a mix of everyday work and personal tasks.

Ending the day getting into the Halloween spirit at home. šŸŽƒ

One thing I enjoy about being a mobile notary is that no two days are quite the same. Some are busy and productive, others a little quieter, with time for the everyday things that make up life.

A mobile notary appointment starts long before I arrive at the table.

Thereā€™s communication, preparation, scheduling, travel planning - and setting aside that time in my day.

When an appointment doesnā€™t happen, all of that work has already taken place.

Life happens. Plans change. Documents arenā€™t ready. I understand that.

But itā€™s one of the less visible realities of running a mobile service business.

Thereā€™s a lot that happens behind the scenes before the notary ever arrives.

I will never forget that morning.
The morning that our world really changed. It was horrific and I wonā€™t ever forget all those lost lives, families devastated, heroes lost.
Although I was on the West Coast, as I remain, it shook so many of us - no matter where we were.
During that time, and for some years after- there were noticeable differences in how insecure I felt about my place in the world. I couldnā€™t even imagine how that felt to those in the midst of it there in NY, or people impacted personally by it due to loss of family, friends, coworkers or local connections.
This trauma did bring people in our country together for some time.
I will never forget this.
We will never forget.
Please never let us forget. šŸ’™šŸ˜ž
