What a wonderful community tradition! 🎉

Mayor Lenhof and Chief Wood were pleased to attend the Elsmere/Erlanger 30th Annual Reunion Neighborhood Block Party at Rosella Porterfield Park. 👏💙

The City of Elsmere is proud to support this annual event by providing additional portable restrooms and temporary trash bins, as well as closing the street to create plenty of space for residents and families to safely enjoy all the festivities. 🎶🎊🌭🍔🎉

Thank you to everyone who helps make this event such a special celebration and a wonderful example of the strong community spirit that makes Elsmere a great place to call home. We are proud to celebrate 30 years of neighbors, friendships, and community! 💙🏡🤝

The City of Elsmere is proud to support this collaborative effort to help ensure safe and efficient emergency response for our community. Thank you to the Elsmere Fire District and Elsmere Public Works for working together on this solution.

The Elsmere Fire District has installed a camera at the Main Street railroad crossing to help determine whether the crossing is open for emergency response.

This was done in response to the weight limit on the Garvey Avenue bridge, which no longer permits fire engines to cross. The camera provides a live view of the railroad crossing, allowing our crews to check its status and make informed decisions when responding to emergencies.

Please note: The camera is used for live viewing only and is not set to record.
This camera was approved by the city of Elsmere. Thanks to Elsmere Public Works for the installation.

Our goal is to help ensure the safest and most efficient emergency response possible for the community we serve. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to find solutions to these challenges.

The City of Elsmere City Building will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8.

Now is a good time to make sure your mailing address is current with the Kenton County PVA Office. The Sheriff and cities use the address on file with the PVA when mailing tax bills.

Keeping your address updated helps ensure important property information is sent to the right place.
