There was one man in particular who was in his late forties and had never wed. He was wealthy and owned the biggest farm and butcher shop in the area. The next holler down f

rom the Maloney farm was a beautiful young woman just about of age to be married, Rosemary Weisshart . William decided after seeing her one day that she was to be HIS bride. Rosemary was not interested in this old man. William sank everything he had in trying to win her heart, until finally paying her father for her hand. Rosemary was devastated and hung herself on their wedding day. William considered Rosemary his wife and after the funeral he dug her up her body so they could start their life together. He had a private ceremony in his now finished new home, and did indeed make her his wife. In his very sick mind he believed that he and his new bride should have a child. He was constantly buying dolls and even made a nursery in the house. He and Rosemary’s corpse would sit in the nursery and he would read and sing to the dolls. The townspeople were getting suspicious as well as his workers, they were afraid to stop by the house. The people brave enough to stop were different when they came out, if they came out. Its told that William Hablitz paid people to keep his secret and if they denied to and threaten to tell he would torture and butcher them so they could never be identified. He is also said to have buried some of the parts in the field.
